Fundraising
- $13.3M various Venture Capital raises for B2B SaaS companies.
- $12.0M Series A strategic investor raise for B2B SaaS company.
- $11.6M Reg A+ raise for a technology company.
- $4m debt raise for overseas expansion of international manufacturer.

Mergers & Acquisitions
- Turnaround F&A function while working with investment bankers and executive team on successful founder/majority owner exit via Private Equity acquisition.

Contract Negotiations
- Financial modeling to support contract renegotiation with Washington state valued at over $40m for 2-yr period.
- Worked with in-house general counsel to access multiple licensing agreements and address, and correct as needed, all contractual royalty and international tax issues.

Assessments
- During interim CFO engagement, assessed, made recommendations, and effected reorganization of accounting department for life-science client during period of personnel and system changes. Engagement extended another 18 months as fractional CFO until client ready for full-time hire.

Corporate Restructuring
- Worked with founders, legal and tax advisors to move client operations to Singapore while restructuring US entity and current subsidiary.
